We're in a state of chaos - another hell,
Until Safety and Freedom ring that bell.
Some of us remained completely unaware,
Until the Light left the truth so bare.
Love, remember us... Remember us...
Some bask in greed under a power hungry game.
Some bleed under the knife of misplaced blame.
Some try to divide us - make us all fight.
Some turn away in hopelessness and fright.
Love, remember us... Remember us...
Chorus; Love, remember us, even though we're lost
Stay here with us, no matter what the cost.
Forgive our foolishness and every mistake.
Shake us until we are finally all awake.
Embrace and guide us through this dark time.
Hold us tight until we're all back in line.

Some of us are crying and some are too confused,
While some rise with hatred against the abused.
Some writhe in pain under another evil attack,
By those who have fallen completely off track.

Some are targeted for standing up strong,
But are still singing freedom's last song.
Some beg for help that is not really there.
Some search for someone - anyone to care.
