On Provocations

 Intentionally provoking an attack
is the same as initiating an attack.

It is the habit of Israel to provoke attacks and then blame the other side. Now it appears that Trump is doing the same evil manipulative thing with Iran. He is provoking Iran, and when Iran bites the hook, he uses it as an excuse to bomb Iran. Netanyahu taught him well. :-(
