The video below shows that more light is being shone on a tiny bit of one batch of the mind control experiments, which the CIA was involved in around the 1950s. It primarily focuses on MKULTRA and does not get into the possibilities of other people taking off with more advanced methods, since then, but an expert does say that, "This task force could also try and consider some new incarnation of MKULTRA existing today."
There is not a doubt in my mind, as is evident in my writings since early 2012, that mind control is now done very remotely with radio waves, and is most effective on people who have been taking certain types of extremely widely prescribed pharmaceuticals.
