On Arrogant Boasting

 Extreme arrogance, that boasts of being "the best", puts down and insults everyone else and promotes negative feelings. Its rude and inconsiderate.

This concept is well known to be true in all types of relationships, including relationships between countries.  Some cultures even view it as "evil pride."
