Sadistic Covert Targeting

I am still trapped in a destitute and homeless situation where i am experiencing sadistic, covert targeting, which utilizes microwave and laser weapons to torture me, and uses enslaved or recruited community members to harass me. I should be set free. All of America and humanity should be set free.
