I rarely write much about myself on this blog anymore, because there is nobody, whom I know of, who both reads it and cares about me, and because there are those who have been looking for things to use against me. My public writings have become mostly just a stand, against the most horrid injustices in our world, with the hope of freedom and safety and genuine peace reaching ALL of humanity as soon as possible. But there is far more than that happening with me.
I have been watching the "Heart Land" series, in efforts to help take my mind off of the violent horrors that are now happening in our troubled world. Its actually a fairly good escape although its about a really dysfunctional family, which is worse than mine in some ways and better than mine in other ways. I love the theme of healing horses. Two of my best friends, in my own childhood were horses, so I can relate to that part a lot. My favorite part, thus far, is when they rescued an elderly herbalist from a nursing home and brought her back home where she belongs. (If only all of humanity had such care for the elderly.)
Today I watched the episode where Tye lost his estranged father, and it has triggered some of my own grief from the loss of my estranged father. I wonder which is worse; losing an estranged loved one or losing a loved one whom we have remained really close to. I guess its different for different people. For me, its a lot harder to lose an estranged loved one, or a loved one whom I had unresolved issues with.
If my father had passed away, just before I had re-connected with my siblings a few years ago, I would have been far more at peace with it, because at that time, I had reached a place of forgiveness and thought my father had too. But, some of my siblings made things worse between my father and I in the last two years of his life. One of them even intentionally upset my ill father, just to use him against me in the last year of his life. And he died there, trapped in her Ohio home, even though he wanted to return to his own New Hampshire home, and there was nothing I could do to help him.
The last words I heard from him were angry scoldings mixed with my sister's hateful jabs as she upset him, in order to use him to hurt me, yet another time. And then both of my sisters used his death as an opportunity to abuse me even more. It was a really tough way to lose my father. It was extremely hurtful to both him and I. Its something I can never feel good about or be at peace with, because it was all just too wrong and abusive.
The most painful parts, of the targeting of me, have actually been the parts that my own family members took part in since late 2002. And its hurt so much because I love them and had needed them to be the opposite of what they were then as well as in recent years around the time of my father's illness and death. I can forgive them, but I can't forget or put myself on their chopping block ever again, for the sake of my own wellbeing. So, I basically lost my whole family in ways that feel far worse than a normal death. But I plan to build a memorial, for at least my mother and father, in order to help me finish healing. It's something I really need to do and I hope I can do it soon.
As for my health; I feel mostly recovered from last June's injury, but am still dealing with the remnants of an unusual type of infection. I'm using a lot of garlic and ginger and Mullein and lemon juice and honey, and it is helping. It is better than it was a week ago.
I am still living in a vehicle. A few setbacks and the targeting have kept me trapped here. But I am still keeping hope alive - I am looking forward to being free and safe on my own peaceful and private piece of land, if ever I am able to get another one. I must have my own private and peaceful land again, for the sake of my health, on every level. So it really does have to happen soon. I am doing the best I can under these conditions. Wish me well please.

Sanctions Can be an Illegal form of Torture
I feel that sanctions have recently been used, as a form of torture, to make the civilian populations suffer in Iran, Palestine, Cuba and possibly other places. It is also obviously to cripple countries, through cruel deprivation of necessities, in order to weaken them before a take-over. No matter how its looked at, it is too wrong to be allowed to continue.
Chemical Warfare - a Covert Genocide
I feel that chemical warfare has been being used on masses of people, both in wars and against targeted individuals. It is murder in a way that makes people suffer for years before they die - it is one of the most inhumane ways of killing people. And the way it appears to be being done in Iran is a covert form of genocide. Agree to Violent Wars or be called a "Traitor"????!!!!!
I am an American citizen. I do not support Trump's violent wars, and this does NOT make me a "traitor" to my country. I am just against violent wars, especially those that are started with greed or hate or prejudice, like the wars against Iran and Palestine and harmless immigrants here in America...etc. Even if it was my closest loved one who was being so cruel to people, I would be against it. In general, find harmful behaviors unacceptable. And I believe that genuinely peaceful and kind and considerate behaviors are what can solve almost any problem. This is just the way I am.
In some situations, RESPECT MUST BE EARNED. And
violent and abusive and hateful and prejudice, and even
just verbally abusive, behaviors are not respectable.
Trump's Threat to Attack Iranian Power Plants
Trumps current threat is outrageous! Threatening to attack power plants if Iran does not open the strait to those who are in the process of attacking them!!! Seriously! It makes no sense. No country would let in a violent enemy who is attacking them. And the bottom line is that Trump is the one who started the war, through joining in on Israel's thieving violence instead of stopping it from continuing and spreading. Trump can and should stop this war through stopping his own attacks and through stopping Israel's attacks.
And what will happen if Trump and Israel keep foolishly seeking vengeance on Iran for fighting back against Trump and Israel's attacks? Nothing good for anyone, surely. (How many people realize how sick this scenario is?) And what about all the people who are being hurt or killed or displaced, on BOTH sides? And its all for what? - to feed Trump and Israel's greed and hate. Its just all too wrong.

P.S. I have been sick through the past week and still battling a sinus and lung infection. It started with severe stinging in my nostrils, directly after a man on a bike zoomed in near my car while I had the window open. It appears to be due to them again spraying something into my car.

We all know what Netanyahu and Trump are saying because that is all that is on much of our mainstream media. Trump and Israel got the Strait of Hormuz closed to them and their allies through their own attacks and threats, and they can get it re-opened to them by stopping their own attacks and threats and invasions...and settle into GENUINE peace and learn how to respect the Iranians right to independence and their right to choose their own political and spiritual leaders...etc. Its as simple as that. Message for the Christian Extremists
I hear that you are calling the massacring of the Palestinians, and other native Islamic or Arab people, in the Middle East, a "holy war"! Please read and follow the most important parts of your own bibles; the parts that say things like "LOVE THY ENEMY" and "GOD IS LOVE" and "LOVE THY NEIGHBOR" and the parts about every human being's God given right to "FREE WILL"...etc. I hope you find your hearts - I hope you find the real God/Love, for your own sakes as well as everyone else's.
Update on Me
I still experience various types of the targeting on almost a daily basis. But the last severe - life threatening microwave weapon attack I experienced, was about two weeks ago when it felt like my ears were going to explode. Luckily it did not last very long - just long enough to wake me up and make me fear for my life. They clearly do not want me to be sharing my opinions on the horrid greedy wars or the Zionists gathering the Jewish people into Palestine/"Israel" just to remove them from global societies and assimilate them (Christianize Judaism) and brainwash them so they could use them in armies to kill and steal from the natives in the Middle East...etc. But these are the obvious facts and they must be told and known for the sake of the safety of what remains of the original Jewish people as well as what remains of the Palestinian and other natives in the Middle East...and for the safety of the rest of the world.
But my stand for these people is not why I was initially targeted. When the horrid microwave targeting started I was just doing my personal work - writing about healing our hearts and bringing more Love into our world. They are clearly against this too, which is why I often call them "evil." Only evil would not want more love and peace in our world.

A New Video on Microwave Targeting

The video below mostly just reiterates the bits that have already been exposed in the past decade, with one addition - it, and a few other reports, share info on the microwave weapon that the USA purchased and appears to have used during Maduros abduction. Reports state that a Venezuelan guard, who survived Trump's attack, said they were feeling disoriented and had begun bleeding from their noses just before most of them were killed, and that there technologies were also jammed with microwaves, in order to prevent them from defending themselves or protecting Maduro.
Reports still only share primitive use of SOME types microwave weapons. There are truly much more sophisticated types of weapons and attacks. And very low unfelt frequencies of microwaves can also be used for mind control, especially on the masses of people who are taking various forms of mind altering drugs, like anti-depressants or anti-anxiety pharmaceuticals. And microwaves can be used to make people feel so depressed or anxious that they go to a doctor and get the prescriptions! And space based technologies (like for wifi) are surely involved in this targeting of humanity. The full scope of the microwave targeting, that appears to have originated from Nicola Tesla's experiments (over a century ago) must be fully exposed and stopped for the sake of humanities safety and wellbeing.
Words cannot express how difficult this whole situation is for the victims of microwave torture, especially for long term targets like myself. And we do NOT need "vindication," like some say in the following video; we need validation and understanding and care from our fellow human beings. And we need professional help with protecting ourselves from the attacks, and stopping the attacks from continuing, so that we can be free.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?
They drop a country to it's knees, with sanctions and internal covert manipulations, then degrade it for faltering, and then claim to be helping it to be better as they violently attack it and/or move in to take over.

These poems came from my upset over the wars we are now faced with, at a time when the complete opposite has been so desperately needed (for sooooo long) here in America as well as in Palestine and Lebanon and Iran and all the other places that have been being violently attacked by greed and hate.
As I wrote these poems I mainly thought of Israel's crimes, but they also apply to all others, especially those who attack under the false guise of it being for defense even though they themselves are the ones who started the violence and its just a few of their wounded victims who are the ones who truly fight in defense. Most of their victims are harmless and unarmed children, mothers, fathers and grandparents.
What they do is almost unfathomable; dropping bombs on people is so cruel and barbaric that I can't even think of the words to describe it. Sometimes I find it shocking that there are still human beings who are so sick and so heartless that they would do such a thing, and that the rest of humanity does not prevent it from happening or at least stop it as soon as it starts.
THE WORLD SETTLE INTO REAL AND GENUINE PEACE!
