I'm excited to have recently learned that RHODODENDRON BLOSSOMS ARE EDIBLE I wish I'd known this back when I owned a property that had an abundance of them. I think my body needed them. I was also excited to find out that GRASS IS EDIBLE and that MAPLE LEAVES ARE EDIBLE. The wild ones, which have not been altered by man, are the best ones, but they are all edible and so are many other common plants. We have abundances of free food that is also the best natural medicines, which can prevent illnesses.
Long ago, I was told that grass was poisonous and that only animals like horses can eat it without being hurt by it. But this was not true. Its only not good for us when it has been treated with things like chemical fertilizers and insecticides. Otherwise its wise to eat it and I hear its easiest to digest when pureed in a smoothie.
I've been yearning, for a long time now, to go more completely natural with my diet and any medicines I may need. In the 1980s I switched from pharmaceuticals to herbal remedies as much as possible. I'd purchased many different herb books, but none of them said anything about things like grass and rhododendrons and pine needles and maple leaves and most other common wild plants being edible and good free food for preventing and curing illnesses. Now, I feel I must switch from commercially prepared herbal remedies to using only real natural wild plants that I grow and/or pick myself, for the sake of my health. I can't do much right now, due to my homeless situation, but I'm dreaming about getting onto my own feet and having a free and healthy future.
Among the books I'd like to buy and read are the ones listed below. I'm not actually trying to promote these books or authors, because I do not know them yet, but I want people to know that there is a lot of valuable information on this subject, which we'd be wise to look up and utilize. I hope the covid vaccines are not forced upon anyone in any way. We should all be free to make our own choices. I do not want the vaccines and I should NOT have to have one, in order to freely live my life. I believe in using plants for medicine. I have always avoided pharmaceuticals as much as possible. And I feel that the pharmaceuticals/vaccines should never be forced upon anyone, no matter what, especially not in order to be able to work or travel, because it is just too wrong. In the following news broadcasts and articles, microwave weapon attacks are being called "health incidents" and "Havana Syndrome" and "sonic attacks," and these are the same as the "Directed Energy Weapons" (DEWs) and "ELF frequencies" and "microwaves" and "radio waves" that Targeted Individuals (TIs) have been reporting and calling "electronic harassment" (EH).
No matter what names are used for it, they are all intrusive attacks, which are remotely inflicted with various frequencies and intensities of radio waves. The painful and debilitating attacks are VERY real and there is also far more that can be done with the radio wave technologies, than what these news reports portray. I hope criminal use of all land and space based radio wave (microwave) technologies will be quickly exposed and stopped on a global scale. These reports are the first rays of hope I've seen in the media who used to imply that victims of microwave weapon attacks were just "mentally ill." Hopefully now they will realize the truth about what has really been happening to many Targeted Individuals.
In one video below, a CIA agent who was attacked, said, "This was the most terrifying experience of my life." I can relate. It truly is terrifying. It can feel like your head is about to explode and can get so intense that you just want to die, in order to get it to stop. These attacks can be terrifying for the victims, whether it happens just once or repeatedly for decades, in varying degrees, like I've experienced. Nobody should ever experience this. But many of us have.
The types of attacks that Targeted Individuals experience are ongoing. There really are no words to express how horrible it is to not only experience the most painful and debilitating attacks, or ongoing milder ones, but to also know that another attack could come at any time. The worse part has been people not believing that its really happening and having no place to turn to for help and no way to protect myself from it. There are many times when I did not know if I would survive the attack or if I would end up brain damaged. Most of the attacks on me have been milder than the severe ones, but even the milder ones can be scary and debilitating in the way of draining energy levels and interfering with thought processes and causing pain.
The intent with me does not seem to be to inflict obvious physical damage, but to terrorize or punish or torture and violate me at strategic times. The timing of the attacks proves to me that I am being very closely watched by whoever does the attacks.
According to dreams I've had, and some of my experiences, I feel certain that at least some of the attacks are being done with space based technologies in conjunction with satellite surveillance technologies. But, no matter what technologies are used, its hell for the victims and it should all be stopped as quickly as possible.

THE SUN in the UK reports Russia being responsible for the microwave weapon attacks on USA officials, but I am not sure if this has been proven to be the case. According to things I have experienced and witnessed, there appears to be different groups who do the covert and microwave targeting for different reasons, which is why I have called it a "covert war". And they often try to make it look like someone else is doing it - to get the victims to blame some innocent entity. We do need to be careful about not misplacing blame so that the discord is kept to a minimum and the hell can truly end, instead of the problem being compounded by even more fighting. In the arena of mental health we should be doing something like what was done with the Kempner Rice Diet in the medical field; take away the pharmaceuticals, protect the patients from all that harms them (including the radio waves that can interfere with brain function) and see what kinds of healing take place. I have again noticed changes in my past writings, due to those who infiltrate my computers and my life. My "Embracing Sadness" book is not what it was supposed to be either. One part that was changed actually promotes psychiatric pharmaceuticals, which is the opposite of my feelings and my intent with that book!!! A few months ago I also noticed changes in my "Hints of me in Poetry" book, where parts of some poems had been erased, loving parts! I'd pulled together and published several books during the same time of doing these in 2009 to 2011. I am now deeply concerned that all may have been interfered with. :-(
My new "Road Missed by a Lyricist" book basically replaces my "Hints of me in Poetry" book. And I'll have to replace the others too, in time. Until then, please be aware that my older books are not what they should be. I hope the new ones remain the way my heart writes them.
When we are free to follow our own hearts and full-fill our own life purpose things will be as they should be. I hope I experience this in my lifetime. I hope we all do. Its time for the hell to end and the healing to begin, for all of humanity. Deep in my heart and soul I have often cried, "If only we had enough Heart/Light/Love to wash all the darkness out of our world." But we actually do have enough Heart/Light/Love to wash all the darkness out of our world, and its time for us to reach it and use it. There should be nobody being harmed and nobody being prevented from feeling and healing and growing, and nobody left without the proper kinds of support and help.
Clear, safe water is a necessity for good health and we all must have it. We are faced with a serious water contamination problem, but we can still have safe water, if we become aware and take the necessary steps to provide ourselves with it.
Pharmaceuticals, and industrial (PFAS) chemicals, have been being found in rivers, streams and public drinking water throughout the USA. I don't know if other countries are also faced with this problem, but at least some may be.
Scientific reports, which date from 2008 to 2020 state that higher levels, than what has ever been found, of various types of industrial chemicals and 56 pharmaceuticals, have been being found in rivers and streams and public drinking water supplies throughout America. So, this is not just city water that is a concern. Wells out in the country and bottled water have been effected too.
The news reports on the pharmaceuticals stated that the amount of each pharmaceutical was small, but that there is cause for concern about the effects of the combination of all of them together. They stated that the effects are unknown. I feel that this is far more serious than they realize.
Environmental engineer, Nancy G. Love said, "pharmaceuticals are designed to be biologically active in your body at low levels and so a low concentration of a pharmaceutical is of greater concern... than industrial chemicals at the same level."
Several years ago, I watched a report which also stated that with some of the psychiatric pharmaceuticals, which were found in the water, miniscule traces can have big effects. I feel this to be very true.
In a 2019 report David Andrews (of the Environmental Working Group) stated, in regards to the PFAS chemicals in the water, "This should be frightening to Americans in many ways." He also said that common water filters do not take all of the chemicals and pharmaceuticals out.
Regardless of how this contamination happened, the focus right now should be on solving the problem for ourselves and our loved ones, especially for the sake of our children. We should all have healthy water to drink and cook with. So, the wise thing for us to do is build simple water filters for ourselves.
Natural and untreated charcoal has proven to be effective with removing the pharmaceuticals and chemicals from water. And making a charcoal water filter is so easy that just about anyone can do it for free. I share instructions on how to do this below.
If you have your water tested be sure to realize that the usual water test will not detect the pharmaceuticals and other chemicals. EVERY SINGLE PHARMACEUTICAL AND CHEMICAL MUST BE TESTED SEPERATELY WITH TESTS THAT ARE SPECIFIC FOR THAT SUNSTANCE. So we have to know what to look for. The EPA website has a list of the chemicals and pharmaceuticals that were found in the water.
P.S. I had a prophetic dream that warned of water contamination, that was happening underground, so I believe there is cause for deep concern and that we must build effective water filters for ourselves, NOW.
P.S.S. As I listened to and read many reports on our water contamination problem, I looked for wise suggestions to stop using the harmful pharmaceuticals, that have been contaminating our bodies and water, but found none. :-( It really is what we must do, as much as possible.

Making my own Water Filter
Pure clean water is a necessity for good health and we must make sure we get it. Psychiatric pharmaceuticals, as well as other chemicals, have been being found in both public and bottled drinking water since 2008. There appears to have been a massive underground contamination, in the USA, that may even be getting into many private wells out in the country. The full effects of these chemicals cannot be fully known by anyone, not even the experts. Some of the pharmaceuticals, that were found in our drinking water, are known to have the effect of numbing our minds and blocking our instincts, feelings and hearts. Regardless of how this contamination happened, the focus right now should be on solving the problem for ourselves and our loved ones, especially for the sake of our children. We should all have healthy water to drink and cook with. So, the wise thing for us to do is clean our water. Cleaning the chemicals from our water can free our hearts, instincts and minds and prevent other damaging effects.
I recently found a water filter design that is simple and natural and has been repeatedly tested and proven to be effective with removing E.coli and farming chemicals and pharmaceuticals from water. The full design is freely printable from the web links at the end of this article. It is for large community systems but it gives us the general idea of what is needed, so that we can make other designs that are the appropriate size for our needs. Most people will need smaller, simpler ones. I'm sharing my plans for smaller ones with the hope of inspiring you to make your own. I feel certain that these small filters will be effective, with at least making the water a lot safer than it now is, but I have not tested them. So, if you make your own you should have it tested to see how effective it is and for how long... or just listen to your own instincts. Plumbing is only needed for the largest ones, but even they can do without that if they were modified to be stacked on top of each other.
The best type of container to use would be glass, wood, stainless steel or pottery, but a high quality plastic is better than nothing. The container just has to have an opening at the top, to pour water into, and an opening in the bottom to let it out. The hardest part is making the natural charcoal, but even that is easy and can just be a fun couple of hours with a campfire. I'm Making My Own Water Filter and You Can Too
Small Filter for Tap Water
The materials that finely clean the water are the sand and charcoal, the charcoal being the most important one, because it removes the pharmaceuticals and other chemicals. A filter, that is only used for tap or well water, does not need the other layers on top of the charcoal, which are to catch larger debris, like what can be in a lake or river. In this style I've only added layers of sand and rocks under the charcoal so that the water has a chance to regain some of the minerals that the charcoal may remove. This can be done with any size container. I plan to do it with a one gallon jug until I can do a five gallon bucket or a single barrel size. The thicker the charcoal layer is, the more effective it will be and the longer it will last. And the thicker the layer of sand, the more minerals the water will have. I don't know how effective a gallon size will be, but it will surely be far better than nothing until I can build a bigger one. A five gallon size will surely last longer and I plan to also make one of those with the same layers I list below. I'll crush the charcoal as fine as possible, without it being powder, so that as much as possible can fit in.

The top of the container should be cut off so that the cotton cloth can be spread on the bottom more easily. I'll leave enough space on top to let a whole glass of water in at a time. I'll probably use some sort of cork, in the bottom hole, so that some of the water can sit in the sand and rocks for a while before I drink it. I want it to gather as many minerals as possible.
Single Barrel Water Filter Idea
I'll want to use this filter for water from a stream or pond, so I'll add layers of rocks and sand on top of the charcoal. I'll use a standard wooden barrel, like what is used for wine. The thickness of the layers are approximate, and (of course) would be less for a five gallon size, which can also be done this way. I feel certain that this barrel size will be very effective and will probably last for at least a couple years, since it will be only for my own cooking and drinking water. It will be interesting to run tests to see how much water I can get through it, before having to replace the charcoal layer.

The sand can be sifted through various sizes of screen to get rid of the finest particles. The sand and rocks should be rinsed clean, before being layered in the container, so that the water flows clear faster. After it is assembled Water should be flushed through it, until it comes out clean.
I'll set up a little faucet in this one. Wouldn't a barrel, sitting on a little square table, be a cute rustic addition to a kitchen? It could also be painted and made artsy or be a more contemporary type of container. It should be kept covered, so it can also be used as a plant stand...etc. The possibilities are endless. We can use whatever containers are easiest or will fit in with our decor.
Two Barrel Water Filter Idea
I'm also thinking of doing one with two barrels stacked on top of each other and a thin container (4 to 10 inches thick) between the two of them. In this plan I will put more sand and charcoal in the top barrel, more sand and stones in the bottom barrel and organic material, that can be easily changed often, in a drawer in the middle container. The goal is not only to take the chemicals out of the water, but to also make sure the water contains the same minerals it would have in nature, because this is what is best for us.
How to Make Charcoal
Charcoal must be made with natural wood that has not been treated. Making it can be as simple as filling a tin with small pieces of dry wood, putting the cover on securely, drilling or nailing a small hole in the middle of the cover, throwing it on a campfire with the hole pointed up, and cooking it for one to two hours with the fire built up around it.
The tin can be anything from a cookie tin to a clean gallon size paint can or a five gallon tin. A five gallon tin may need a half inch or larger hole on top. The bigger the container is the more venting it needs. And the wood can be as small or large as it needs to be to fit into the tin and secure a cover on it. The larger the wood pieces are the longer it takes to cook. Our first burn will be a fun experiment and, after that, we will know more about what works best for whatever size container and wood we are using.
Smoke, and possibly flames, will pour out of the hole as it cooks and the gasses escape. When the smoke stops rising out of the hole it is done. Remove it from the fire, cover the hole and let it cool.
The charcoal can be crushed through putting it in bags and stomping on it or hammering it. It crumbles easily. It can be more finely ground in a blender or food processor, but should not be powdered.
Large Community Water Filtration System
The larger systems below are for communities and are a bit more complex. But they are still very simply made. The four barrel system could be made even simpler, and less expensive, by rearranging the earthen layers and stacking the barrels on top of each other. What a fun project this could be for a community or neighborhood to pull together on.
Large quantities of charcoal can be made in a large burn barrel. It must have a cover and holes cut into the bottom of the sides for air flow. Fill it with wood, light it on fire, let it burn (uncovered) until it’s all on fire - right down to the bottom and roaring for a while, (until it seems about half burned) then choke out the fire, through covering it and preventing oxygen from reaching it. To completely deprive it of oxygen; gravel can be raked up to cover the air holes in the bottom of the barrel and mud can be heaped onto the outer edges of the cover. Below is a video that shows one way to do this process. Some people have put a pipe chimney on a large barrel, that they fill with wood, seal closed and build a large fire up around it - using the same method as described above for small tins. And some people have either made or purchased a "retort kiln" that is made just for this purpose. Left over charcoal can be used to cook with, instead of using the store bought charcoal.

P.S. I am doing the best I can, to follow my own instincts, which are telling me that this information is needed by masses of people, before I am going to be able to complete my own experimentations with the small designs. I am sharing it prematurely, because it is needed and I trust the tested designs. Please listen to your own instincts, above all else, and do what feels best for you. Whatever the size, it’s sure to make the water better than what most of us have been drinking.
We must use our own common sense and follow our own instincts above all else. And we must clear away all that blocks our instincts, like the pharmaceuticals that are in our drinking water. We must be free to think and feel and sense so that we can grow into all that we were born to be.

P.S. I built a small one liter filter to start with. It seems to work well. It has about two inches of charcoal and some rocks above and below it. I only use it for bottles and tap water.

In Crosby, Texas there is an old graveyard that is reported to contain at least sixty African-American "poppers graves" that were all place there prior to 1940. In the early 1980s a subdivision was built over the cemetery and houses were sold to unaware people. The people who purchased the houses, which were directly in the graveyard, started experiencing unusual and terrifying things like, the sounds of doors slamming and toilets flushing and footsteps, street lights flickering off and on, odd insect/parasite infestations, unusual discord between loved ones, technologies (like a garage door opener and TV and clock) malfunctioning inexplicably, pets behaving strangely, odd pockets of cold air, plants inexplicably dying, unusual amounts of physical illness and deaths of loved ones, unusual storms in the area, ravens and vultures gathering in trees to screech out warnings of danger...etc. It was all believed to be due to a haunting by evil spirits who were seeking revenge.
But this situation went far beyond the normal ghost haunting types of things. One of the families became angry and defiant and then was hit harder. It was reported that, "Within months, six of their close relatives were diagnosed with cancer; three of them died." And their young daughter died of a heart attack. I believe that what happened to them is very real, but I do not think ghosts were doing any of these things, because it is all too much like the sadistic covert targeting that "Targeted Individuals” have been experiencing and reporting for decades. In the "Targeted Individual" situations it’s been assumed to be "mental illness", (like what was insinuated in the New York Times in 2016) which hurts the victims even more.
Unfortunately, when people are unaware of the capabilities of microwave weapons, and of the type of sadistic covert targeting that has been happening to many people, it is easy to assume that it is either due to "mental illness" or ghosts. But I feel that it is most often (if not always) neither of these things and is due to evil, vengeful, targetings performed by human beings who are in a secret society and have access to satellite surveillance and laser/microwave weapon systems.
Microwave weapons can be used to remotely project all sorts of sounds and voices, to make a person feel hot or cold, to create air flows (or pressure) that can move things or cause sudden gusts of wind, to manipulate all sorts of technologies and electrical appliances, to shoot radio waves into a person's body to make them feel dizzy or agitated or make them have a heart attack or make them physically ill with things like cancer and autoimmune diseases...etc. They can even be used to create storms or keep them in one spot.
These microwave weapons being used to scare or harm people, and the other sneaky things that are usually done by people who are used in the targeting process, are not ghosts or "mental Illness." Criminal use of satellite surveillance and laser/microwave weapon systems is a critical problem that all people should be aware of and that must be completely stopped.
I feel that the Black Hope Cemetery situation is yet another situation where public lack of awareness, and the resulting lack of the proper kinds of help, allowed an evil vengeance to continue hurting and devastating innocent people. Several people lost their lives and four families lost their homes and were terrorized in ways that they will probably never be able to fully recover from if the truths do not come out. The spiritual and psychological wellbeing of all victims of these sorts of crimes depends on the truths coming out about the sadistic targetings and the tactics and technologies that have been being used on people. Please help the TRUTHS to be known and for the hell to be stopped for everyone.

People who lived in the Black Hope Cemetery development published a factual book about what happened there. It’s called, "The Black Hope Horror." And there was also a movie based on the actual events. Unsolved Mysteries did a show on it and it appears to still remain a mystery that is hard for people to believe and probably much harder for the victims to live with even after it was over. I immediately recognized the patterns and tactics of covert and technological targeting, because I have experienced most of the same types of things and I know that I have been being targeted - I know it’s not ghosts or mental illness. I was doing research on plants that I can use for medicine for my health problem and found something amazing. I found reports that shared how Dr. Walter Kempner had successfully used a short term diet of primarily only rice and fruit to cure many common illnesses, including, heart disease, Kidney disease, type two diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, skin problems, allergies...etc. This was in the mid 1900s. Since then, doctors like, Frank Neelon, Robert Rosati and John McDougall have done the same things and their research has proven that miraculous results have been happening in patients, after only two weeks to two months of being taken off pharmaceuticals and put on Dr. Kempner's rice diet or a plant based diet. They also found that the cure was often a hundred percent and permanent when patients continued with a plant based diet, which included only plant based foods and no meats, no eggs, no dairy, no oils, no processed foods, and low salt...etc. They learned that we get enough protein from plant foods and that all foods that come from animals, are actually toxic due to overloading our system with too much protein...etc. I feel the truth in all of this. And it has inspired me to follow through with returning to a vegetarian diet and possibly doing my own version of the rice diet for at least two weeks.

I'm surprised that this knowledge has not been made more available to all people. This is something that all people really should know, in order to have the opportunity to make healthier choices for themselves. Please help spread the word. The Doctors I've mentioned here have written books on this subject that should be easy to find.
I had to watch "Older Than America" twice due to the emotional impact it had on me. Its truly a great movie. Its based on a true story that promotes looking back and facing horrible abuse and standing up with the truths and healing and finding forgiveness. It portrays how the horrible wrongs done to need to be faced and brought out into the open, in order for healing to take place instead of letting wounds fester with anger that can lead to vengeance , which is VERY wise and should be happening a lot more than it has in this situation as well as many others.
This movie portrays the horrible abuses that were inflicted upon Native American children who were torn from their parents and forced into catholic schools, and about the horrible things that were happening to people, in order to cover it all up.
It portrays a healthy woman, who talked about what happened to her and other children in the catholic school, and then was falsely proclaimed to be a "paranoid schizophrenic" and brain damaged with electrical shock treatments, in order to hide the truth. It also showed this woman's relative being brainwashed into going along with it. This scenario hits really close to home for me. This type of scenario has been happening to a lot of people and is still happening in various ways. And my tears have been falling for all of us.
I feel so sad, because I know that this holocaust was not over when the children stopped going to the catholic schools. Since then it continued in less obvious ways, which is why Lupus was initially primarily being found in Native American women....etc. Now, the pain and brain damage and interference with memories can be inconspicuously inflicted remotely through satellites and their laser weapon systems. Sadly, its not over for many of us. But it should be. It definitely should be. (please be sure to read what I wrote beneath the video.)

In the beginning of the movie the words, "American Evil" were displayed on the screen. This is the only thing I'd change if it were up to me. The primary evil was being done by nuns and priests in the catholic church and the psychiatric hospital. And I feel that the core of this evil extends beyond America and into a global problem. I strongly feel that Native American's have been victims of evil eugenics based targetings, the type that did not end with Hitler's fall, and were not only being done in Germany to Jewish people and have continued in inconspicuous ways. I hope America and Canada and the rest of the world start standing up for the victims of these holocaustal crimes and stop them from continuing.
Compassion for the Catholic Church, the Field of Psychiatry and the Government
I was raised catholic and experienced mean nuns who inflicted physical pain on students who acted out in Sunday school. Some of us used to hide in the bathroom, instead of going into the basement of that church on Sundays. I was one of these who hid in the bathroom, in order to avoid the nuns. When I was in my teens I turned to other churches. By the time I was in my late twenties I called myself a "recovering catholic" and was finding that some of the Native American spirituality felt much more natural and right to me than anything else had.
But, later in life I gained compassion for the nuns after realizing that many of them became nuns even though it was not their real calling; some joined the church, in order to avoid abuse; and some joined due to being abandoned by their families and left at the convents after becoming pregnant...etc. So the church filled up with unhappy and wounded nuns whose hearts were not really connected to God. Many of their stories are sad too. And the saddest part is that some of them took their pain and woundedness out on defenseless children instead of healing from it. As for the priests, common sense says that the situation is probably similar to the nuns - that some of them probably also joined the church for the wrong reasons and could not truly serve Love/God. Ideally only people who have deep hearts and strong genuine connections to God should be in positions like theirs, and its sad that things went so far into the opposite direction and has caused so much destruction to so many people.
The field of psychiatry appears to have been organized by evil forces that have used it to suppress and harm more than anything else. How sad that so many people have been brainwashed into thinking it is good and helpful.
As for the government, I doubt that it was fully aware of what was happening in the catholic schools and hospitals that they have believed in and trusted.
I feel that at least most of the people, who work in all three of these organizations, are victims of various levels of technological and pharmaceutical mind control. I feel that this sort of targeting has been heavily aimed at churches and government officials and the whole field of medicine, in order for evil forces to be able to use them to either hurt people or to brainwashed them into not believing and helping the victims when help is desperately needed. This is a horrible scenario that I feel certain has been happening in this situation as well as many others around the world. It is still happening.
There are uncountable masses of mind control victims who have been being used by evil forces, in various degrees, in all parts of our societies. Some people have been completely enslaved. And there are a lot of victims of horrible inconspicuous tortures that are still happening today, especially indigenous people. I am one of these victims.
In general, we are all victims of the evil forces that now utilize pharmaceuticals (which are even in our water supplies) and space based technologies to completely control people, brainwash people, or torture people through inflicting pain or illnesses. When it comes to religion, are important truths that need to be learned here in America as well as throughout the whole world. Perhaps the most important one is that different is not always bad and often contains things that others need to learn. When its killed, instead of valued, the lessons and all the growth that can come from them, get lost. Its time to stop the killing and start accepting and learning and growing. Isn't it? It sure should be.
I have felt that the Native American "Great Spirit" is the same Love/God that is depicted in the christian religions. One large difference is that the Native American way sees God in everything that was created by God, instead of just as a separate being in heaven. The Native American way honors natural dreams and visions as gifts from God, because this is what they are. The Native American way has deep respect for the animals and all other living things on Earth. The Native Americans used God's plants for the medicines that they were intended to be, instead of fabricating something else. If these Native American values had been learned by the rest of humanity, instead of being stifled and killed, the whole world would be in a much better place right now. A part of me wants to angrily scream, "FOR GOD'S SAKE, LET’S PRESERVE AND ADOPT WHAT IS LEFT OF IT!" And I cry, because so much has been lost.
P.S. You may be wondering if I am Indian. My mother told me that I am part Indian when I was a child. One of my sisters later told me that my aunt, who had become a nun, told her that we are not. After that I asked my father and he told me that we are part Indian through my mother's mother and that he had even visited the reservation with her. This was in Canada. In my heart and spirit I have always felt more Indian than anything else. And I've had dreams of ancient Indian people coming to me and helping me through giving me the names of plants to use for medicine. I think they are probably my ancestors. It appears that some of my mother's family is just ashamed of being part Indian. How sad for them. I hope they find their hearts.
