One of my Favorite Movies

The movie - "Still Mine," staring James Cromwell and Geneviève Bujold, is one of my favorites. Its packed with lessons about elderly people and the importance of them retaining their needed and desired independence in their own homes. It also addresses the problem of new building codes preventing people from building affordable homes for themselves on their own land.

 
This movie was based on a true story that happened in Canada, but its multitudes of lessons can help everyone everywhere. Its a movie that reaches hearts. I hope it reaches yours.

I walked around with an axe in my back

Stumbling to safety on the wrong track.

None of them knew and none could see

They expected me to just leave it there

I'm sorry. I couldn't.

I was slandered by the hateful jealousy in my sisters who manipulated my whole family into losing trust in me. Its been a horribly painful attack that still hurts incredibly.

How do I survive hateful rain?

Is there really a rising sun?

   I'm feeling very sad today. Lot of tears flowing. This round of sadness started setting in yesterday after I heard another aim to coerce and threaten us into being vaccinated even though we feel unsafe and uncomfortable with the vaccines and even though there are safe natural alternatives. I do not trust or feel comfortable with ANY sort of forced pharmaceutical.
  Prior to covid, I have felt that humanity has been undergoing a pharmaceutical and radio wave holocaust, which has been intentionally harming and enslaving masses of people. This, along with the parasite targeting, are the core parts of the evil targeting of humanity. In my oldest writings I have called it a Technological Holocaust and have focused a lot on the pharmaceutical and mind control aspect of it, because its the worse part due to how it blocks the heart of humanity - blocks feelings, instincts, intuition, spirituality and personal growth. 

   Many of the brain and feeling and instinct numbing pharmaceuticals have been being pushed upon humanity in multiple ways, including being forced into people through water contamination and "medicine" for a large variety of common "illnesses."  Many people had sensed something wrong and started avoiding pharmaceuticals and filtering water with charcoal long before covid and the vaccine arrived, which I think may actually be why covid and it's forced vaccine arrived.

  I don't like sharing suspicions, but this is one that MUST be investigated. Any sort of forced pharmaceutical raises red flags for me, no matter what it is for. A drugged humanity is an enslaved humanity and far too much of this has already taken place. The damage must be stopped and reversed.

The HEART of humanity must be restored and kept alive and well, in order to for there to be Peace and Love in our world.

I've been there and felt it. Its like a knife in my heart,

Ripping and twisting and ripping until hope's all torn apart.

Oh, my heart cries for us. Can it ever even come to be?

My heart cries too; what more can we say? What can we do?

What about every child, every animal, every woman and man?

What if the heart of humanity were free to love - what if it were not blocked with the suppression of feelings, numbing pharmaceuticals and radio waves? Humanity would heal and genuine Peace and Love would spread. Even Nature would be gentled. Let's let it be.

The "New Covid Variant" is just Too Discouraging!

SO....In the previous post I share a letter to officials, which I give permission for people to use in petitions for signatures. Please share it with as many people as possible and send it to officials everywhere.

 I give permission for people to use this letter in petitions for signatures. Please share it with as many people as possible and send it to officials everywhere. Or use it as a base for your own.

Dear Global Officials (local thru federal),

I beg you to stand up and help stop all vaccine mandates. Please at least stop all the behaviors which force, coerce, threaten and shame people into being vaccinated. Please do this out of consideration and respect for all of the people who should have the freedom to choose what happens to their own bodies and their own children's bodies, because many people do not feel safe with the vaccines and there are natural alternatives that can help.

   Among the people who do not want to be vaccinated are those who had chosen to use natural medicine instead of pharmaceuticals, in order to become more healthy. This was a large and growing number of wise people who were choosing the natural and more healthy ways of eating and medicating for many decades now. They should not be forced to abandon their good and healthy choices. It is their right to choose natural immunity or natural plant (or "herbal") medicine instead of using potentially harmful vaccines/pharmaceuticals, and they should retain the freedom to do so.
   There are also many people who do not feel comfortable or safe with being vaccinated for other reasons and their feelings should matter. Many people feel that natural immunity is the safest/healthiest way to handle this pandemic and this is probably the truth, for most people. Many people feel that the vaccines are more unsafe than the pandemic and this has actually proven to be true for some people.  Regardless of how safe some of the vaccines might prove to be for most people; if a person does not feel safe with the vaccine they should not be forced to have it, out of consideration for their feelings and to prevent them from being traumatized. It is too wrong to force people to be injected with things that they do not feel safe or comfortable with, especially when there are natural and alternatives.
   Some people do not want the vaccines for private or religious reasons and this should be respected too. ALL reasons for not wanting the vaccine should be respected. People should be free to choose what is or is not put into their own bodies, especially with potentially harmful substances and things that THEY FEEL may be harmful to them regardless of if they really are or not.
   PLEASE respect, and have consideration for, ALL people's feelings and personal choices for themselves. This is something we are ALL obligated to do for our fellow human beings, because it is what is right and humane. Every human being should be free to listen to and follow their own instincts and intuition and to make their own choices about what is put into their own bodies and that of their children.

Please help stop all vaccine mandates and all methods of forcing people to be vaccinated, including the types of force that shame people, that shun people from society, that deprive people of the needed comfort of loved ones being fully there for them, that threatens to take away their jobs - their ability to provide for themselves and their loved ones...etc. Its all just too wrong. Please help us to retain our freedom and restore it in the places where it has already been taken away.

P.S. Please do more to stop man-made inflictions of illness and to implement the production of only the healthiest foods so that people's bodies can remain healthy enough to fight off illnesses on their own. This would keep us safe far more than the continued malnutrition and the mass use of  pharmaceuticals and vaccines, which often really do have harmful side effects even after being approved by the FDA. Please also encourage plant based and home-made alternatives to the vaccines, for people who do not feel safe with the vaccines. We matter too! Please... lets move into a more positive and safe and considerate direction for not only this pandemic, but also for the future wellbeing of all of humanity. Thank you.

Hope for Thanksgiving

I am most thankful for the Light and Love (the real God), which works through the Heart of humanity. I have a vision of the Heart of humanity being free to help Love and Light to grow and spread more than it ever has before. I am thankful for the HOPE this Love and Light ignights in my own heart. I couldn't survive without it.

P.S. I wrote this song about the situation I have with not being able to be there for loved ones due to the horrid covert targeting and it not being believed. What the targeting does to me hurts a lot in various ways. But sometimes what it prevents me from doing hurts more. It has prevented me from being there for loved ones who need me and this has been one of the greatest pains I've had to bear, especially when it comes to my children, grandchildren and elderly father.

The Missing Grandmas

The Missing Grandmas

I never had a Grandma to hold me in her arms,
Tell me old stories and adore my faintest charms.
I never had a Grandma to wipe away my tears
And be here for me throughout my younger years.

I wonder, if I had, how different things might be -
How it would feel to have a Grandma loving me.
I wondered what it was that blocked me from her heart.
I wondered why the distance even when we weren't apart.

Now that I'm a Grandma how do I fill that roll
After decades of distance steadily took its toll?
How do I break the pattern and play my rightful part
For the four little ones I cherish in my heart?
How do I soothe the pain in this old empty place?
When will my tears be free to wash my weary face?

Its no longer a mystery - my mind now understands;
The love us Grandmas have is jailed by foreign hands,
Until the Light shines in for our marked families
And all the Grandmas passed and all those yet to be
Are free to love the children whom we can finally see.
I hope our future children never will relate -
There must be an end to these dark twists of fate.

We Can and Should Acquire NATURAL Immunity to Covid

    I recently heard a news broadcast about how Amish people attained "herd immunity" from covid, due to not doing the lock downs and not wearing masks and continuing to live their lives as they always had. It stated that these Amish communities got covid due to drinking out of the same cups at church and that they helped each other through it instead of isolating/abandoning loved ones who became ill. And they did not turn to modern medicine through this process. The outcome was that they recovered from covid and became immune to it. There is a lesson to be learned in this. I wish we had all done what the Amish did, instead of the lock downs and masks and vaccines.
  The old Amish have been very wise in the arena of physical health; they have avoided modern medicine - they had continued using natural plants for medicine instead of switching to man made pharmaceuticals, they have grown their own organic food and have been more healthy because of it.
  Wise doctors have also been stating that the healthier we are the more our bodies can naturally fight off all types of illness, including covid. Wise doctors also advise us to avoid pharmaceuticals and use natural plants as much as possible, in order to cure and prevent illnesses. The problem has been that far too much of our medical field headed in the opposite direction and cast much of humanity into an unhealthy pit. So, our focus should be on acquiring better physical health and on healing in NATURAL ways.

  Vaccines do not feel like a good and healthy option to me. I have felt this way since the 1980s, due to my own experiences, instincts and insights. The covid vaccines (and any others) should not be forced upon anyone in any way. What happens to our own bodies truly must be our own FREE CHOICE, because this is the only humane way. Our choices for our own bodies, our own lives and our own health should be educated choices, and the education should be HONEST and WISE and not be aims to promote products or promote the personal agendas of any people or organizations. Lets get more real, more honest, more caring, and more respectful of ALL people's personal rights and choices and health.

Hopefully people who gain natural immunity to covid, and/or who refuse vaccines, will not get covertly targeted in ways that aim to prove them wrong, in order to force more people into being vaccinated. (Microwave targeting can produce the same symptoms as covid and I feel that this has been happening to some people.) Its time for the covert targeting of humanity to end and for ALL people to become more aware and be free to chose natural and healthy ways of living.
   I hope officials, all around the globe, are doing everything they can to stop unnatural illnesses from being inflicted upon humanity, especially those that are intentional, which appear to be many and include covid, because this is the core problem here. There should be no man-made illnesses being inflicted upon humanity, whether they are intentional or not. Such things should not even be produced, for the sake of humanity's safety. And our food should be the natural types, which have the nutrients that our bodies need, in order to heal themselves.

Dare to Pray

It continues to echo in my head.
But, no matter what they say;
Inside my heart I still pray.
I pray for pure Love and Light
To save us all from this night.
These prayers are not just words;
They flow until they've been heard -
Until I see the darkness breached
By the Hearts Light has reached.
And they'll still grow on and on
Until the darkness is all gone.

The microwave tortures have vamped up in the past few weeks, since I started my last round of focusing more heavily on eating better and praying more. I have a right to pray for myself and others and for all of us/humanity to be safe and free of all aspects of the horrid targeting. I also pray for my right to pray to be honored and respected by everyone in my life. I pray.

A Song and Poem that Grew from my Tears

I woke in tears this morning. In my dream I was singing a song to the global governments with tears rolling down my cheeks. After I woke I wrote it down and added to it. I dedicate this song to governments all around the globe, with the hope that the officials who are aware will stand up and expose the evil covert targeting of, and enslavement of, humanity so that more can be done to stop it and so that we can all be pulling together to help each other through it instead of fighting each other...etc.

Rays of Light for Natural Covid Relief

I heard that the British Medical Journal shared a study, which was done by Dr. Seidelmann at the Columbia University. This study was of the diets of doctors and nurses who had high exposure to covid. The results were that people who were on plant based diets had a 73% lower risk of getting moderate or severe covid than those who were on diets which include processed foods and meats. And those who were on a mostly plant based diet, but ate only fish for meat, had a 59% lower risk than those who ate processed foods and meats.

So a plant based diet can help tremendously with covid as well as other illnesses. Some doctors are also advising people to increase intake of Vitamins D3, C and Zinc. The best way to do this is through either eating a lot of or juicing fruits and vegetables that have high contents of these vitamins. Eating as healthily as possible is truly the best cure for all illnesses, including covid. And a healthy diet includes a lot of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables.

Below is a news report that lists three of the foods that can help with the natural prevention and cure of covid. These foods are high in flavonoids and also include, lemons, limes, apples, blueberries, cranberries, oranges, leeks, grapefruits, onions and many others aside from the grapes, cocoa and green tea shared in this report.  But I was so glad to see any "NATURAL" methods broadcasted in the main stream media that I just had to share this. There is hope.

I hope other news stations also start informing people of the natural ways to handle covid.

P.S. It is interesting that Ivermectin - a drug used for internal parasites has proven to be effective against covid. Several years ago I read a scientific report, which stated that certain frequencies of microwaves, shot into a person's body, can drastically and dangerously multiply certain parasitic organisms that exist inside the human body. I still wonder if at least some of the covid cases are being caused by various types of  microwave targeting. (I think the parasitic organisms, which microwaves can multiply, are probably far more abundant in the bodies of people who eat processed foods and meats and people who frequently eat at unhealthy restaurants.)
