Another Brake Loss on my Vehicle

On April 8th 2023, a brake line on my car suddenly started VERY rapidly leaking brake fluid as I pulled out of a parking lot where it had been parked. I cannot prove to you that it was due to intentional damage done to my car, because the mechanic did not determine if it was or wasn't. But this appears to be the case.

Honoring Our Natural Gender

 I think its really sad that so many people do not appreciate or honor their own natural gender or their own natural sense of sexuality. I believe that the vast majority of the current gay/lesbian movement is the result of pharmaceutical and microwave mind control. And I hope that freedom, from all types of negative influences, is quickly gained so that people (especially our children) can be free to honor their own natural gender and their own natural sense of sexuality...for the sake of their wellbeing.

P.S. For the record, I do not judge adults who choose to be lesbian or gay, but I do want it to be a free choice for them, and I do not want our children to be influenced/confused by the microwave mind control or by what should be private sexual choices of adults.
   In case you are wondering; No, I have never been sexual with a woman and its not due to a lack of opportunities. I had been approached many times and I always followed my own heart and my own instincts, which told me that it just did not feel right or good for me.
   At this point in my life I have chosen celibacy and do not want a sexual relationship with a man either. If I ever gain freedom from the targeting, my focus will be on healing and honoring my own natural spirituality and I will not want distractions from this, especially not energy draining ones.

For a Better World

I wish for the chaos and darkness in our world to be replaced with good old fashioned values, like honesty and integrity and kindness and peace and freedom and Love. I wish for this in my own family as well as in the rest of the world.

There is something horribly wrong in places where what is being promoted and accepted are things like... seeking vengeance, instead of kindly resolving problems... lieing to make other people look bad or make ourselves look better instead of being honest... bullying or manipulating people instead of letting them make their own free choices... belittling and degrading people instead of supporting healthy self esteem... attacking or threatening people, instead of being kind and considerate... using prejudice to fight prejudice, instead of using heart to end prejudice... projecting bad behaviors onto innocent people, instead of taking responsibility for them... letting greed deprive people in need, instead of letting wealth spread...etc. And this should NOT continue to become a wide spread norm that the rest of us are forced to accept and be hurt by.

Humanity should be free of ALL of the darkness and heartlessness that pharmaceutical and microwave mind control promotes.

WE SHOULD ALL BE FREE TO CARE ABOUT OUR FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS AND TREAT THEM IN WAYS THAT ARE KIND AND HELPFUL AND ARE NOT INTENTIONALLY HURTFUL OR VENGEFUL.

Three Days of Torture

 Very painful levels of microwaves shot into my head for the past three days.

Tears welled in my eyes when I heard one of the victims say, "There is nothing worse than being a victim that everybody doubts," because I know how this feels. I feel sad for her and for other victims, including myself.
   The problem of microwave targeting extends FAR beyond these few people who were targeted at the Cuban embassy and is done in many different ways. This has been happening for MANY decades and there are masses of various types of victims from all walks of life. I have called this a "Technological Holocaust" (since 2011) because this is what it is - a horrid holocaust where technologies, which can emit and direct radio waves, have been being used to influence or harm or terrorize or injure people.
The lack of awareness in our world makes the targeting unbearable for many, especially for those of us who suffer from ongoing attacks... The assumption that victims are just "mentally ill" is actually psychologically abusive, because it can make victims lose trust in their own experiences and perceptions. ALL types of victims should be given the benefit of doubt, because its just too hurtful to do the opposite.

I beg aware microwave weapon experts, and other aware government officials, to stand up with the full truth, not just for us victims, but also for the safety and wellbeing of ALL of humanity. I think part of the reason why some aware officials have not stood up is due to their fear of being targeted and/or their fear of people not being able handle the truth. And I hope they conquer these fears quickly, because there are modes of protection and the FULL truth being exposed to the public is desperately needed. Public awareness can bring victims the validation and understanding and proper types of help from loved ones (or other fellow human beings), that has been desperately needed. FULL public awareness can also open doors for more officials, all around the world, to be taking steps that will prevent the attacks from continuing. Please stand up for us and the rest of humanity.

Microwave weapon attacks can happen in multiple ways. And the results can range from being completely unnoticeable interference with brain function to being ongoing painful tortures or injury to various body parts or inflictions of physical illness or death.
   It has been proven to me that the microwave and laser weapons, which appear to be most often used on targets like myself, are space based. It appears to be microwave weapon systems that are built into satellites, or other space based technologies that are used in conjunction with satellite surveillance systems.
   I have experienced many rounds of painful torture levels of microwave targeting. Most of these attacks just caused physical pain, but some have caused burn marks on my skin or fine laser cuts on my body and clothing and temporary damage to muscles or tendons or nerves...etc. The most painful tortures are done to various parts of my body, but mostly my head. And the loud ringing in my ears only happens during SOME of these attacks.
   The attacks on my brain often cause mental numbness and muddled thinking and a few have been so severe that it made me vomit and have difficulty remaining conscious. The pain during these types of attacks is excruciating and terrifying. I have lived in fear of being inflicted with permanent brain damage since around 2012, when the worse types of attacks started.
   In the past year or so my right hand (my writing hand) has been being painfully lasered to the point of causing noticeable physical damage. And my left hand was damaged in 2012. Among other things this seems to be to force me to stop writing about the targeting.
   My name is Sharon R. Poet and I have been being targeted with microwaves in New Hampshire as well as in other places that I have visited both inside and outside the USA. Aware Targeted Individuals sometimes appear crazy in videos on the web, but the sad truth is that we really are being targeted and tortured and often just have not been told enough of the truths to not be assuming the wrong things, and have often not had enough freedom (from microwave interference with brain function at strategic times) to communicate effectively.
   However, it appears that some people pretend to be torture victims just to pass out misinformation and/or to make us genuine torture victims look crazy. But although they are probably not being tortured by it... they are being controlled by it and are just a different sort of victim.
   There are actually many various types of victims of covert targeting and not all are victims of the microwave torture. Doubt is actually understandable in some of these situations, but blind disbelief and assuming that it is "mental illness," is hurtful and damaging to torture victims who are already dealing with FAR too much. The Search for Lost Native Children

Below is a new ABC news documentary about a search for a grave yard around an "Indian School" here in the USA. This is an important step toward recovery.
   I think the search for graves should continue and heavily focus on the schools that were run by catholic and other christian churches. According to dreams I had, some of the lost children were burried on school grounds, but not in formal grave yards. According to one of these dreams, some of the children were murdered and buried around the foundation of a brick catholic school, which my mother was sent to in Canada. And my gut feeling is that there were similar situations in other catholic or christian schools here in the USA and abroad.
  I think that all of the truths must be publicly revealed, and a lot of healthy grieving must take place, before a full recovery can happen for the Native survivors and their children. I hope all decedents of the victims of the "Indian Residential Schools", become fully aware of what really happened to their lost relatives in those schools...and that they let their tears wash away the pain and anger until Love and Peace and Forgiveness take its place.

Remedies for the De-population Problem

According to reports I read a diminishing rate of child births is a problem here in the USA as well as abroad. It appears that the amount of new births taking place are not enough to sustain our current population into the future. I can understand how this would raise concern in some people. And I hope that remedies focus on facing and fixing the root causes of the lower rate of child births...
   One of the most obvious core problems is the fact that the cost of living has gotten so high that many couples can not afford for one of them to stay home and raise their own child the way many feel that child rearing should be done. And daycare, and other expenses, are often too much for parents who are OK with letting someone else raise their children, especially when there is more than one child. I think that greed, and its aims to get rich, is the core cause of the high costs of living; so we should cast aside greed (and all of its ongoing traditions) so that our world can be an affordable place for anyone to have and raise children the way they want to and if they want to.
   Another obvious part of the core problem is how troubled our world has become in recent decades. Due to this many caring people do not want to bring more children in to be subjected to it or hurt by it.
Another part of the problem is the pharmaceutical part of the covert targeting of humanity. One of the side effects of the mass distribution of brain and feeling numbing pharmaceuticals is people's hearts/feelings/emotions being blocked. Due to people's emotions being blocked many can not even care enough to focus on giving to or providing for other human beings, especially not babies who require so much care. And frankly, heavily drugged people are not fit to be parents until they are free of that oppression and can find there hearts again. A good parent is a free parent who is emotionally available. The pharmaceutical targeting must be completely stopped.
   And then there is the microwave part of the covert targeting of humanity, and its effects on both children and potential parents. I feel that criminal use of microwave weapons is responsible for many illness, including that which causes impotence, like diabetes and lupus, which are rampant in the Native American race. These sorts of eugenics based targetings must be stopped, in order for more children to be born. And all other criminal use of microwave weapons must also be stopped, in order for all of our world to be a safe place to have and raise children.
   Due to the general covert targeting of humanity, and its effects on masses of people, those whose hearts are not blocked by the pharmaceuticals, and whose minds are not too overwhelmed by the microwave targeting, can sense that something is horribly wrong in our world, even when they do not know exactly what it is, and this surely causes many to hold back from bringing more children into our world. Kind and caring people, who would be good parents, need to feel that their children will be safe - not be hurt or subjected to bad things.

The bottom line is that we must make our world a far more FREE and SAFE and LOVING and MORAL and TRUSTWORTHY place for our children to grow up in. LETS DO IT! Then more people will want to have more babies and will be able to raise them in ways that are healthy for them.

Its not enough to just have more children born; we need to be raising them in ways that keep them healthy and whole, emotionally as well as physically, in order to retain and improve upon the integrity of humanity. The current state of our world is proof of this. A lot freedoms need to be regained, and a lot of healing needs to take place, for us to make our world a safe and healthy place for our children, but we can do it.

How I Feel About Abortions

I feel that abortions should be done in the natural way; There are plants that women can use for natural contraception and also for a natural abortion in the first few months of pregnancy. It is very sad that we lost most of the wisdom of these plants and how to use them, but surely it can be regained.

I hope that women who have successfully used natural plants for abortions will publicly share what they used and how they used it, so that humanity can reclaim the wisdom of how to have a safe and natural abortion at home. In a dream I was given the name of an herb, which appears to be for this purpose. That herb was "Ladies Mantle." I have heard that Penny Royal and other herbs can also be effective. I do not know how much or how often to use them, but I'm sure there are people who do and hopefully they will soon be able to freely share that information without being targeted in any way or regarless of the foolish targeting.
   Knowledge of the natural ways to have an abortion, in the privacy and comfort of our own homes, should be made available to every woman and the rest of humanity. An abortion should be as free and easy as growing and picking and using the right plants in effective ways.
   Some say that the plants are unsafe, but I strongly feel that they are actually the safest way to have an abortion; we just need to learn which ones to use and how to use them. And we should be doing our own propagation and growing of these plants. Women were doing this for thousands of years, before modern pharmaceuticals and invasive medical procedures took control, and there is nothing wrong with returning to the natural ways. I actually think we must, for the sake of our health and safety.
   Through nature, we truly have been provided with everything we need and I think we must turn back in that direction, for abortions as well as everything else.

I understand that there is a lot of controversy on this "abortion" subject. I feel that the drive against abortions contains far too little consideration for BOTH women and children. So I feel a need to make a stand on it... No woman should ever be forced to have a child, that she either does not want or does not feel comfortable bringing into this world, because it is not good for her or the child.
   If I could still have children; I would not even consider bringing another child into this world right now, because it is such a troubled place and I would not want my child to be subjected to it. If I got pregnant now, I'd want to immediately stop the process, in the natural way, in the comfort of my own home. If I were still in my child bearing years, and was sexually active, I'd be growing the plants that I'd need for both contraception and abortion in my own yard or on my own windowsill. I feel sure that most women would also prefer this, even though many have not publicly said so due to the horrid negative judgements that have been being flung around. Those judgements must stop, especially since they sometimes get cruel or violent. I hope those who fling them find their hearts.

Women should be free to choose an abortion, in the early stages of a pregnancy, without being shamed for it. And ALL women should be informed of the natural ways to do it with home grown plants in the comfort of their own homes so that they are also free to choice either that or going to a clinic. These are just basic human rights that should not be shamed or prevented.

P.S. If our world were a more free and safe and healthy and affordable place to raise children... more women would be having more babies. If those who negatively fight against abortion would drop the axe and aim for less discord and more kindness and more consideration and more respect for women's rights and the needs of children...they could actually help make our world a healthier place for children to be birthed into.

The Targeting of my Heart Bud Publication

My Heart Bud publication has been heavily targeted. The sabotages have taken on many different forms and ended up with its websites being blocked from public view. www.sharonsbud.com advertised my first 2007 edition of what became The Heart Bud publication in 2008. The two websites I used for this were www.theheartbud.com and www.heartbud.com. The files I'd uploaded on these sites since 2007 have been changed to a 2021 date, which seems to mean that the files have been changed by those who target me. I can not reach the heart bus sites to see what the pages show. But the www.sharonsbud.com site now shows an index page that is Chinese!!!! 

And I just almost lost BOTH of my heart bud websites due to them "expiring" even though I think I'd paid for them. I paid for them again, but was not able to print the receipt from the hosting site, due to the page going blank, and I was not able to log into the email account they said the receipt was sent to. I have noticed that not all of my websites are even listed on the "my products" listings of domains page that is to renew them. This could have been part of the problem. My freedom's peace website needed renewing and it was not listed on the domain product page today. I was able to get it renewed  BEFORE it expired, but it is disturbing that not all my domains are listed, making it to easy to overlook them, like what may have been done to the heartbud sites when I was renewing all of my sites last year. 

more may be added soon. This is all just too discouraging. The web is NOT safe for targeted people and I do not know why I even bother with the fight to hold onto what is mine on it, anymore. I don't stand much of a chance against evil intrusive forces that seem to be able to infiltrate any company I use or any computer I use.

P.S. UPDATE 10/2022; I had paid for www.heartbud.com site just before posting this. BUT the payment appears to have been applied to something else and the site has been taken over. This also wipes out the important email account I had for that site, which also wiped out a lot of evidence. 

Web Infiltration

I was just checking on some of my websites and was shocked by what I found. ALL of the files on ALL of my websites have been changed to the year 2021 as the date of being uploaded, which wipes out all my copyright proofs! And two of my websites have been replaced with chinese pages! - www.sharonsbud.com and www.namatari.com.

It Is What It Is

No matter how we perceive it, it still is what it is.

Plea for Our Future

   Last week I had several dreams of fire and flood disasters. I feel that at least some were symbolic of what has been happening in my life. But it appears that some were prophetic and that those who target humanity plan to vamp up the "natural" disasters...etc. In one dream there is pressurized water pushing its way to the surface of the Earth, in different places that are all connected, which causes the surface if the Earth to sink/flood. In another one there is a fire in the middle of the USA which comes down from Canadian...etc. 

I beg officials to stand up for humanity and call for an end to criminal use of all sorts of laser and microwave weapons, including those that have been being used to torture victims like myself and those that have been used for mind control...as well as all other parts of the horrid evil targeting of humanity.

I've been through it all before;

Round after round of torturous hell

And the unreachable locked door.

I can not go through it again and

I should not be put through more.

I beg those who do the targeting to stop - stop hurting me and stop hurting humanity. I beg officials who are aware to stand up and be here for us; please stand up to expose and stop all levels of the covert targeting, including the tortures and the mind control. We need you to be here for us, especially for victims who are not aware and never even try to seek or get any sort of help.

Flood of Emotions

    I recently had a dream about a flood in my family of origin; in the dream I am caught up in a flood, that rages through it, and I am desperately groping for something solid to hold onto as the waters sweep me away, but the structure keeps breaking apart - there is nothing solid for me to hold onto there.
    I had thought that this part of my dream was prophetic, but it appears to be about what has already happened...
    In the past year I had stood up (from a distance) for the first time in my family of origin. And I did not handle it well due to my overwhelming pain and concern for my father.

Trauma Induced Control

People who are in a state of emotional trauma are more impressionable - more controllable. And this is why those who do the covert targeting have used the tactic of inflicting emotional trauma upon the victims whom they have not been able to control in other ways, like with the pharmaceuticals.

Lasering of My Foot?

   It appears that my foot was being damaged with a laser weapon starting on June 25th. It caused severe pain where the achilles tendon attaches to my heel, especially when I walked.  I had done absolutely nothing to injure myself - I had not fallen or twisted my foot and I had not been exercising or doing excessive walking or anything unusual. The pain just suddenly started happening although there was no injury, which is why I feel it was another laser weapon attack.  I have experienced many of these sorts of attacks and they are usually to sabotage a job or to punish me through making me suffer. 

   My foot is a lot better now - only mild pain and tightness when I walk. And I hope it is allowed to return to normal.

  

A VERY Sad Scenario

  When there is no acknowledgement of an abuse, and there is no validation, no understanding and no compassion for those who got hurt by it; it remains unsolvable, especially when the abuse continues. And its even more unsolveable when the victims of abuses or crimes get blamed for it or are made out to the bad one, because this is just more abuse. Unfortunately this is the way of the evil targeting, both inside and outside heavily targeted families. Its so sad!

The "Mental Health" Problem

I just got a visit from two guys who were from a mental health facility that is operating under the name of a "Public Health" Service." It was probably an attempt to (or a covert threat to) have me labeled and drugged and possibly even institutionalized. But I swung the table on them; I told them about how corrupt the "mental health" field is; I told them about things I witnessed in the "mental Health" facility I worked in and about the New Hampshire Parenting Magazine's article that strongly implied that a child feeling sadness is a sign of "mental Illness"...etc.  I talked to them about genuine healing instead of labeling/stigmatizing and drugging people who just need love and kindness and healing. And I asked them to think about what they are a part of and if they want to be used to hurt people instead of GENUINELY helping people. I don't know if I really reached them, because they were probably puppets for those who target me, but if they have any heart left they will think about what I said and do some research.
   Hopefully they will not try to do anything against me just because I am obviously going through tough times and am living in my car. Is living in a car or going through tough times now listed as a "mental illness"? Since normal, natural sadness has been listed in the DSM as a "mental illness", it wouldn't surprise me if poverty is too. Is knowing about how corrupt the field of psychiatry is now a "mental illness"? I'm sure some could twist it into that, in order to prevent awareness. But I must stand strong anyway.
   I'm glad that those who target me did not do the trick of vamping up the microwave targeting, while I talked to those guys, just to make me look mentally ill. They really have nothing to go on - they'd have to lie in order to have me picked up and put away, which I guess is possible, but it hopefully will not happen. 

   I know that vicitms like myself even just writing about our experiences with the covert targeting, makes us look "mentally ill" in a world that is not aware of the targeting and has been brainwashed into thinking that way. But I am standing up anyway, because the truths about the targeting should become known by everyone so that understanding and validation and the PROPER KINDS OF HELP can reach victims of covert targeting.

   I feel that the "mental health" field is not only extremely corrupt, but that a lot of it is literally criminal and should be shut down and replaced with good healthy people who are into GENUINELY helping people to heal, instead of preventing healing with false "mental illness" lables and the suppressing pharmaceuticals, which they enable the distribution of.
   I feel that the field of psychiatry, and the rest of the medical field, has been used in the evil targeting of humanity far more than any other organizations have. Like I have said in my past writings; it is not a coincidence that the brain and feeling numbing pharmaceuticals, which both the "mental health" and medical field heavily pushes upon masses of unaware people, also aids all aspects of the mind control part of the evil targeting of humanity, because it blocks peoples instincts and intuition and leaves them more susceptible to all types of brainwashings...etc. These pharmaceuticals also block people's Hearts and makes them more apt to seek vengeance instead of choosing healthy resolutions to problems. The negative effects of the mass distribution of the brain and feeling numbing pharmaceuticals (which have also been found in public drinking water) are VERY evident in our troubled world. What they have been doing to humanity is a holocaustal crime against humanity and it should be known by everyone and prevented from continuing.

The Dreaded Sticky Stuff

Since I took down most of the two primary blogs, that I was writing in since 2011, I am feeling like I should repost some of my experiences with the targeting. I hope it helps to validate other genuine Targeted Individuals... 

 In the past two days it appears that something sticky was put onto the cap of my little battery operated blender. I had not noticed it right away and rubbed my eyes with my fingers and now have an infection in my eye. I am not sure if this is what caused the infection, but it happened at the same time, so it most likely is. (I'm washing my eye with a bit of baking soda and sea salt disolved in water and it seems to be helping.)
    I have felt that those who target me were drugging me with the sticky stuff they have often put on surfaces I frequently touch, but there also appears to be some sort of fungi or bacteria in it. Its sticky and hard to remove with normal cleaners. (Its like the stuff they have also sprayed on my windshields, in order to prevent me from seeing through it when it rained.) They used to put it on my steering wheel, on door handles, on the money they'd have their puppets give me, when I've had to beg for help on the streets, and on the public toilet seats I'd used on a regular basis. But I have been avoiding these things as much as possible. I now even use a bucket in my back seat, to poop and pee in, instead of using public bathrooms most of the time. But its impossible to protect myself from all of it while living in a vehicle that they can access and while having nobody here to help me protect my belongings when I have to leave my car to go into stores for necessities. I have to go into stores to get food and I have to sleep and these things make me and my car/home and belongings too vulnerable, which is VERY frustrating, to say the least.
    I feel deeply violated with all aspects of the targeting, but especially the parts where they intrude upon my body or my writings or my car/home/personal space.
    I do not even do normal pharmaceuticals whenever I can avoid them, so criminals forcing chemicals into my body feels like a horribly intrusive violation to me, even more so than the microwaves and laser shots they have been violating my body with on a regular basis. They have also stolen some of my journals and print outs from my car...etc. Its all just too horribly wrong!

Please do not assume that I am crazy. This is what those who target me want you to think. The truth is that this is NOT "paranoid schizophrenia" - its real targeting, which is not in the victims imagination and should be far more openly acknowledged and completely stopped from continuing. Most victims have gotten absolutely no validation and no understanding from anyone and this is just too sad. The crimes that are being commited against us are VERY real and extremely inhumane. And the fact that we suffer alone, without validation or understanding or the types of help that can come from these two things, makes the crimes FAR worse than they would otherwise be. Please give us the benefit of your doubt.

    I recently had a dream that showed people now thinking that I am copying someone else, because of my previous writings being mostly taken down. I have thought about reposting the heart of those old blogs, but am concerned that more will be altered or erased in them if I access them now. They have already been tampered with, through erasing things and changing dates of posts...etc., and I do not want more to happen to them. The same sorts of things have been done to my books. I've had a serious problem with computer infiltrations that interfere with my blog and book writings and also with being forced to change publishers and being forced to rewrite books...etc. Hopefully people will understand and listen to the Heart of their own instincts.
